Jasmine Oolong
Jasmine Oolong is light fermented and no roasting. Jasmine Oolong has attributes of no astringency for longer brew time. Leaffree Jasmine Oolong originates from Huatan Township in Changhua county and is made from hand-plucked fresh leaves of Wunshan Pouchong tea plants. Huatan Township has highest productions of Jasmine flowers because of its acid soil and dryer climate. Jasmine Oolong is different from Jasmine green tea because the Wunshan Pouchong variety provides richer and sweeter taste. Jasmine Oolong undergoes the same production process as Jasmine green tea which includes eliminating the impurity from fresh leaves, mixing leaves and flowers, setting and scenting, continuing scenting, drying, roasting and quality inspection. The leaves of Jasmine Oolong are orthodox with flowers mixed together. Its tea liquid is yellowish orange which provides warm feelings. The tea also boasts the aroma of jasmine and white flower, with smooth and sweet taste.
